to be labeled Pure Vermont Maple Syrup it has to be 100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. Vermonters
know that the best Maple Syrup in the world is produced here in the Green Mountain state and we

There are four grades of Vermont Maple Syrup for consumers and a grade for commercial use. Many
people ask which grade is the best, everyone has a different opinion. The grades range from Fancy
which has a light color and delicate taste to Dark Amber which is much darker in color and has a more
robust flavor.

Robust (strong) maple flavor; also very popular for table and all around use
"Grade B"
The strongest and darkest table grade maple syrup
