Greetings and welcome to our new and repeat customers of Mansion House Maple Syrup . Our 2010 Maple Sugaring Season broke the record for the earliest RUN of Maple Syrup ever. We boiled February 28th and every consecutive day, except for two days, ending March 24th.

The Quality of each grade, Fancy, A Medium, A Dark and Grade B, is excellent with adequate quantities of each grade.

Our photos of OPEN HOUSE portray our unusual lack of snow!. Temperatures were very cold, but the sun was a blessing. SUGAR-ON-SNOW AND MAPLE CREAM DOUGHNUTS continue to fulfill our customers hunger for maple.
