Northern Vermont Sugar Makers have experienced one of the snowiest winters on record. We are rewarded with an exceptional Maple Syrup crop. Fancy Maple Syrup is indeed the lightest color and most delicate Maple flavor that we have ever produced.
Our present Maple Sugar House was built in 2000 replacing a wood fired system with a more efficient oil burner. Since then we have added a Steam-Away and Reverse Osmosis machine for much improved efficiency, reducing labor and fuel costs involved in making our Pure Vermont Maple Syrup.
Customers who appreciate our Pure Vermont Maple Syrup are enjoying our new Maple Sales Room we now have to display all of our delicious Maple Products. Samples of our 2008 Vermont Maple Syrup, Maple Cream and Maple Jelly were enjoyed at our recent ANNUAL OPEN HOUSE WEEKEND. Many happy customers departed with a good supply of our fine quality Vermont Maple.
Maple Cream and Maple Syrup can be frozen to preserve it until needed. Our plastic Maple Syrup jugs have an XL lining that preserves the quality; they are easy to handle and to ship.
